We expanded this weekend, adding more space, for more and new products. We got the biggest part of the move done this weekend and should get the rest of it done this upcoming weekend. Overall it looks pretty damn good and is way more space.
The job needed a supervisor, so that was my job.
Judge Leon has ruled in favor of Smoking Everywhere and Njoy lawsuit 
against the FDA. He found that the electronic cigarette suppliers “are substantially likely to succeed on the merits and are likely to suffer irreparable harm if I do not return the parties to the status quo ante, their respective motions for preliminary injunction are GRANTED pending a final disposition of this case.”
Judge Leon goes on to say, “This case appears to be yet another example of FDA’s aggressive efforts to regulate recreational tobacco products as drugs or devices under the FDCA.”
That does not mean that everything is OK. Some states have put pressure on ecig sales, even after the judge’s ruling. We’ll try to keep you posted when we hear something
Yes we’re still at the flea market, but we are shut down this weekend to take care of a few things and restock. We had a big run last weekend that sold us out. There are worse things to have happen, it leaves us with nothing for this weekend as incoming shipments take a bit of time. We will be back at the Big Top Feb. 6-7

Only last month the car hire giant, Avis Budget Group, decided enough was enough and banned smoking in all of their hire vehicles in the US and Canada. This was due to the amount it was costing the company in cleaning and also because customers were increasingly requesting non-smoking cars.
